Shipping Policy

All decals are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production and fulfillment before your order ships.

U.S. Shipping:
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping:
Delivery times vary by country. Most international orders arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on local customs.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.


Returns, Refund & Exchanges

Because all decals are custom cut to order, all sales final! We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

If there is an issue with your order, please email us within 14 days of delivery at:
support@racingorigin.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • A clear photo if applicable

Once approved, we will provide return or replacement instructions.

We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different design or size, you may place a new order.


Shipping Provider & Address Issues

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or incorrect address:

  • We will issue a refund minus the shipping fee
  • You may place a new order using the correct address

Shipping fees (usually $6–$8) are non-refundable.

  • All decals are handmade and inspected before shipping.
